TERMS & CONDITION: THIS FOLLOWING, USER AGREEMENT DESCRIBES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH COMMU2, INC. OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO THE COMMU2 PLATFORM. Welcome to the terms of agreement of COMMU2, the application features under the Pokala Infosoft Private Limited Company. It is a Private venture started on 13 July 2018, thus classified as a Non-govt registered Company located in NAGARJUNA NAGAR COLONY, YELLAREDDYGUDA HYDERABAD. The firm runs under the possession of Mr. Karthik Reguri and Mahesh Pokala respectively, who are also the Director of the company. This Agreement is a legal bond made between the applications. If the user wishes to sign up with our Commu2 Platform, IT showcases that you understand the official Agreement and accept all of its terms. And just in case you do not accept all the terms of this Agreement, then we wish to inform you that Commu2 is unwilling to license our Platform to You. The app does not facilitate Transportation services and COMMU2 is not Transportation carrier, it is solely depending upon to the vehicle operator to choose, accept or reject the Rider that displays on our COMMU2 platform. COMMU2 provides informational method to connect drivers and riders with one & another. It does not contemplate to provide TRANSPORTATION SERVICES OR ACT IN ANY MANNER AS A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER, and do not own any responsibility or liability for any voluntarily services under the COMMU2 platform. ELIGIBILITY: Our team of COMMU2 provides their Services, who can agree upon to our legal bond under the applicable law thus enter into our terms and conditions. In order to become a participant, a warrant should not be less than 18 years old as we do not wish to entertain the children. You are the sole authorized user of your account, thus we expect you to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. If any case you may suspect any unauthorized party involved in your privacy without any further due contact us immediately. TERM AND CANCELLATION: Under this section Commu2 informs you about the user’s right & privacy policy which tells, any participate of our application can cancel their service and account at any point of time they wish for. You can remove your information participation without any justification. We will act upon it immediately by removing all the information from our servers, although we may keep a replica of the records which being stated under company law. Contrary to this, COMMU2 reserves the rights to terminate your license to use of application at any time and for any reason or in the future in charge of fraud ant usage. USER AWARENESS All the Information being displayed and posted on our COMMU2 site if it is any public message, a feedback or any other statics will be stored in your records. Once you sign up to your application and create the account, you’re solely accountable to your privacy in the matter of password and the people you will meet up along, we will only act upon the when rules of the application will be violated. We believe that when you use our device, you agree to provide your best complete information. We would like to inform you that all the information you put across in your profile will be seen by other’s and if Your Information is untrue in any respect, We owns the right to cancel this Agreement and Your use of the Services. By undertaking this Agreement, a driver signs up to our COMMU2 terms, they will provide of all the information about them and their driving record, references and credit information. Thus a Ride giver hereby entitles us to give a background check on them, and further necessary formality without violating their privacy. DRIVER INFORMATION In order to work with COMMU2, a driver should be above 21 years of age, should carry all the valid details such as licenses, past records and approval from reorganized authority. Our team gives the legal right to the driver to choose the rider in order to accept or reject the person solely depends on driver which stands on their safety standards. . Driver should be medically fit as per our policy and do not discriminate or harass anyone on the basis of race, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age or sexual orientation. Important announcement regarding the insurance policy that in any case of the car or vehicle gets damaged in a crash, collision or car is vandalized or broken. Our team of Commu2 will not pay for the damages caused to your car. In case of theft or damage caused to your personal belongings kept in the car like your laptop, phone or other valuables things, very clearly we would like to state that we do not take any responsibility and highly suggest the car owner to contact your own Insurance Company and in theft case please contact to the nearest police station and file the FIR. SAFETY STANDARDS We wish to inform you that COMMU2 is just a technology based social platform of carpooling which connects the driver and rider and promotes an ecofriendly environment that helps to reduce fuel cost, reduce stress and traffic on the road in general . In any possible way not responsible for your safety while you’re carpooling on Commu2. A user can only register to our app with valid email address; we provide the social handle options like GOOGLE+ and FACEBOOK. An applicant can set their required information. We do not entertain any excuse and thus advice our drivers to do not use smart phones while driving and also tamed as one of biggest violation of our policy. Commu2 recommends our drivers to place your car in safe and only parking allots areas and carries all the safety gadgets in the car. Safety has been always the priority of our team, thus we would like to bring a very important point to your notice regarding the safety of the Rider giver and the passenger.Commu2 app will have distinct feature of tracking the location of both the parties. This feature will keep the track of the location and route of the vehicle where it is being run upon. This device will serve the mutual purpose of security and accuracy. It will also help in stating the verifiable fair of the ride and ensures a safe & sound journey. PAYMENTS & REFUND Our team of Commu2 reserves the right to determine pricing method. Under our policy cash is prohibited in any circumstances. All payment method to be exchanged between the driver & rider will be done on our Commu2 app. We charge a nominal rate of 6% as the administrative Fee which covers cost of technology, infrastructure and support. All the transaction made through our app is non-refundable. The no-refund policy shall apply at all times irrespective to the Rider’s decision to cancel the carpooling ride of Commu2. Our team as a merchant shall not be liable to any loss or damage occurs directly or indirectly out of the decline of any Transaction. A user must update time to time the respective card details being used to add money in the COMMU2 wallets....
